How does the dedicated database work?
Your license runs on its own isolated database — not a shared table with other companies. Your projects, clients, crew data, and financials are completely separate. You own that data. If you ever leave, we provide a clean export of everything.
What does the domain setup actually look like?
You add a DNS record pointing a subdomain of your choice — typically app.yourcompany.com or portal.yourcompany.com — at our infrastructure. We handle everything else: SSL certificate, routing, and making sure every link in the product points to your domain.
What happens when you ship new features?
Updates roll out to your instance automatically. You don't manage deployments or do anything technical. Every improvement we build — new modules, performance improvements, bug fixes — goes to your platform without any action on your end.
What does "tailored technical support" mean?
It means a direct line to the people who built the platform. Not a ticketing queue, not a help center chatbot — a real person who can look at your specific setup and help you. Your $50/month covers that relationship for as long as you're a licensee.
Can I use my own company name as the platform name?
Yes. The platform name in the browser tab, the login page heading, and any in-app references are all set to whatever you want to call it. It can be "Acme Build Pro," your company name, or any product name you choose.
Is there a limit on team members or projects?
No. Your monthly fee is flat regardless of how many crew members you add or how many active projects you're running. Scale your business without your platform costs scaling with it.
What if I want to cancel?
No long-term contracts. Cancel anytime and billing stops. We provide a full export of your data before shutting down the instance so you never lose anything.
